Campus Capital is a VC firm that builds early stage, high growth investment funds in partnership with some of the UK's leading universities. These funds are based on campus and are part-run by active students with the guidance and supervision of the Campus Capital board. This structure enables us to be part of the fabric of each university, allowing us to nurture entrepreneurial talent and truly add value to companies before and after making an investment.
Here, I work closely with the CEO and COO to help define and improve our student VC programme as we continue to roll it out across the UK and beyond.
• Identify university partners and secure new commercial relationships
• Source potential sponsorship and partnership opportunities and pitching to relevant companies
• Define enrolment strategies to select exceptional, diverse student VCs
• Work with the wider team to activate the Campus Capital stakeholder community
The Supa Network is made up of a variety of services to suit big businesses, individual creatives or budding entrepreneurs. Supa Campus helps young entrepreneurs scale up their start-ups. Supa Talent is a specialist under 30 in-house creative & recruitment solution.
Here, I support the founder to:
• Craft and develop proposals for brands
• Conceptualise and deliver special projects
• Advise on company strategy and planning
Pearson is the world's leading learning company, working to help people of all ages to make measurable progress in their lives through learning.
My last act at Pearson was to onboard the new Chief Strategy Officer as part of his newly established central strategy function.
I led an Executive-Sponsored special project around Employability & Skills directly for the President, Core Markets, designed to develop new commercial offers for the company. This work also involves extensive senior stakeholder engagement across Schools, FE, Higher Education, Youth Organisations and Employers.

Rapidly promoted to being to Manager at CEO-3 level in the organisation
Provide strategic direction on efficacy to SVP and C-level leadership
Lead evangelist for efficacy awareness and adoption externally
Advised the selection of consultancy partner through RFP process for efficacy reporting in 2018
Worked on the public launch of efficacy externally in November 2013
TMT, Industrials and FIG teams on two live deals, ongoing relationships and pitches
Experience in financial modelling, data analysis, comps and pitch book construction
Worked on Toshiba Medical Systems deal that was eventually closed by the club
Sought out new sponsorship opportunities for the club's market-leading commercial team
Worked alongside sales teams to produce company reports and industry updates
Acquired significant knowledge of the sports marketing space and commercial strategy initiatives
