My last act at Pearson was to onboard the new Chief Strategy Officer as part of his newly established central strategy function.
I led an Executive-Sponsored special project around Employability & Skills directly for the President, Core Markets, designed to develop new commercial offers for the company. This work also involves extensive senior stakeholder engagement across Schools, FE, Higher Education, Youth Organisations and Employers.
